Samuel Tosto is a learning experience designer pursuing an M. Ed. in Learning, Design & Technology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He designs engaging, accessible and learner centered experiences that combine instructional strategy with media design.

With a strong background in digital media production and creative problem solving, Samuel brings a unique perspective to instructional design. His experience with video editing, audio production, presentation design, and educational technology, supports his aptitude to create learning experiences that are both effective and engaging. He is especially interested in the intersection of technology, communication, and learner engagement.

Samuel has experience working with tools such as Canvas LMS, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Powerpoint, and other digital content platforms. His areas of interest include e-learning development, multimedia learning, training design, and educational technology.
